Duties and Responsibilities: Chiropractor are healthcare providers who work with patients dealing with problems related to bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons. They usually work either in private practice or in health care clinics or facilities. A chiropractic must have a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, which usually takes four years to complete. The median annual salary for chiropractors in 2011 was $66,060, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Salary: $134,190 a year
Education: The typical applicant at a chiropractic college has already  has already acquired nearly four years of pre-medical undergraduate college education, including courses in biology, inorganic and organic chemistry, physics, psychology and related lab work. Once accepted into an accredited chiropractic college, the requirements become even more demanding — four to five academic years of professional study are 
the standard.
